Hello Greenleaf Properties Tenants!
There are two announcements for today, Monday, April 08, 2013.
The first announcement is an update on the Tenant Center Maintenance Request Form. Unfortunately, the Maintenance Request form is suffering from technical difficulties. The form is being rebuilt and I will send out an alert when it comes back online. In the meantime, you can contact me directly with maintenance issues at 402.467.2525 (office), 402.314.2338 (mobile), or send an email to jlinscott@greenleafproperties.com .
The second announcement is informational. As you may have noticed, starting last month Greenleaf Properties contracted with Whirlwind Services to provide parking lot sweeping service twice per month. In addition to a cleaner appearance, regular parking lot sweeping should extend the life of the parking surface by removing loose debris which act as an abrasive, leading to more pot holes and rough patches. Twice monthly, Whirlwind will vacuum the parking lot, vac-pac the sidewalks, and detail around the parking lot islands. This work will take place between 9pm and 7am and should usually take about 20 minutes. Hopefully we will all notice a big difference as Whirlwind’s sweeper truck is certified by the EPA to remove granules as small as 10 microns. Should any issues connected with this service come-up, please let me know as soon as possible.
