Meet Our Team

Donald Linscott, CCIM, SIOR, Broker - Don has extensive and diverse real estate knowledge that spans over 35 years and encompasses all aspects of brokerage.  In the early 90's he began developing commercial properties completing numerous build-to-suit projects.  His experience in site selection, building design and construction has satisfied many clients' long-term business needs.

Don focuses his energy on all aspects of commercial brokerage with his primary focus on retail site selection, development, sales and leasing.  He has built many long-term relationships and is committed to providing clients with sound real estate opportunities.

Fred Schoneweis, Senior Associate - Fred has been active in commercial, industrial and farm real estate sales and leasing since 1969.  Fred was a licensed Real Estate Appraiser with the State of Nebraska from 1974 to 1994 and is currently a licensed Real Estate Broker in the following states: Nebraska (since 1961) and Arizona (since 1992).

Fred attended the University of Nebraska Ag College from 1946-47 and is a graduate of the National Institute of Real Estate Brokers.  Fred also received a certificate of completion from the Farm Land Institute of National Association of Realtors.  He is also a graduate of the Institute of Certified Business Counselors.

Tara Galaviz, Associate - Tara transitioned into sales and leasing in 2007.  The experience and knowledge gained over ten years serving a real estate brokerage team and their respective clients in an administrative capacity has helped Tara provide each client with a competitive advantage whether it is listing a property for lease or sale, or providing services to tenants and buyers who are in the market.

Tara utilizes her skills in the areas of marketing and advertising, flyers, plats, subdivisions and special permits to advise in the world of retail/office sales and leasing.  Her attention to detail, experience and enthusiasm for the commercial real estate field is instrumental in serving each client.
