Walt Clements CCIM, MRCM

Professional Experience

Waltıs real estate career began in Michigan in 1971 where he owned and operated Clements Investment Realty. In 1983, he moved to Kansas City and managed a 40 person Commercial Real Estate Brokerage firm, closing over $100,000,000 per year. In 1990, he served as Senior Vice President and principal of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker and was a consistent top producer. He has participated in Development, Syndications, Exchanges, Bank REO Consulting and Exclusive Tenant Representation.

Donald W. Linscott CCIM, SIOR

Professional Experience

Don has been involved in commercial and industrial real estate since 1972. He was associated with the Turley Martin Company in St. Louis, Missouri for three years before moving back to Lincoln, Nebraska.

Don founded The Mega Corporation of Lincoln in 1976 and opened an office in Omaha, Nebraska in 1982. He has been involved in both selling and leasing of commercial properties in the Lincoln area. In the early 90ıs he began developing office and industrial properties.

Brandon Heck

Professional Experience

Brandon joined Greenleaf Properties, a full service real estate and development company, at its inception in January of 2005 to lead the Investment Brokerage division. Prior to this, Brandon worked the previous four years in the Investment division for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker’s Kansas City office. Brandon’s real estate career began in Lawrence, KS where he became licensed in 1998.
